Role: Francesca is a case manager helping clients find and apply for the right mortgage for them. She speaks to clients about their finances and what they’re looking to borrow, examining different mortgage options and lenders, helping with applications and communicating with lenders and solicitors throughout the process..

Experience: Before joining the team, Francesca worked as a gymnastics coach, an experience that helped her develop a strong and diverse set of professional skills. Coaching required discipline, adaptability and excellent communication, as well as the ability to build trust, motivate others and remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. Francesca is excited to bring these qualities to her new role, alongside her enthusiasm for learning and developing within the finance sector.
