Founded in 1990, the firm trades from Kings Hill, Kent (head office) with additional adviser presence in the North West (Wilmslow, Cheshire). Trading name changed from "Mortgages for Business" to "MFB" / "Mortgage Finance Brokers" in January 2024. The firm specialises in property-investor finance — buy-to-let landlords (individual and limited-company), portfolio landlords, HMO and multi-unit landlords, holiday-let owners, commercial property investors, and owner-occupier commercial borrowers. MFBrokers is whole-of-market and independently advised — it does not lend its own capital.
